This province-wide networking event brings together more than 300 chefs, farmers, food producers, and other members of the food and beverage industry from across BC to create more opportunities to bring BC food to plates around the province.

The event will provide chefs with the opportunity to explore what BC commodities are available for their restaurants, and farmers with the opportunity to better understand what products are in high demand by BC chefs to assist with menu planning and business development activities.

The event will feature:

• a showcase of BC’s agriculture sector, with over 40 displays featuring BC primary agriculture producers, industry associations and non-profit organizations involved in BC’s local food system
• 3 interactive panel sessions featuring chefs and farmers
• networking opportunities
