Celebrating the First Year of SuperHost - At a Glance

Can you believe that it’s a year ago when we re-launched the SuperHost suite of customer service training? We celebrated a la '86 style, completed with cotton candy, hot dogs, and a special guest appearance from Expo Ernie!

A year later, all three SuperHost courses are now available. Let's take a look at what we’ve achieved since the launch.

Destination Ambassador Brings Local Perspectives

Since we piloted the SuperHost Destination Ambassador program in Nelson last summer, five more communities around BC have signed on to deliver this fun and interactive course to teach locals how to contribute to a positive, authentic visitor experience that shows all that a community has to offer.
